"Exceeding Your Customer’s Expectations"
(CS201 - (4 hour class)
This course highlights empowerment, subcontractors,
service standards, survey, feedback and listening to the customer.

4.  Reservation and payment deadline November 10th

Note: NAHB classes included in the 21st Century Expo will
also be accepted for credit towards your NCBI Certification.

· Accredited Builder (AB) Certificate requires - 72 hours of course instruction
· Accredited Associate (AA) Certificate requires  - 48 hours of course study
· Accredited Master Builder (AMB) Certificate - Requires an additional 40 hours of course instruction.
